In a crock pot I took a 4lb roast smoked it at 225 for 2-1/2hrs then set it in a crock pot with 1 small carton of beef broth with carrots baby red potatoes and Brussels sprouts I also added honey to it.
I then made up some brown gravey from the sheet pan I smoked the roast on then added that to the broth.
After it had cooked till the potatoes was soft I dished it up adding seasoning as requested by the ones getting served. It was good without any seasoning from the smoked flavor this stew rocked.
