We’ve all heard of ham salad sandwiches so I took 8- 8oz porterhouse steaks. Cut the meat off. Then added 1 package of hickory smoked thick cut bacon in my meat grinder grinding and mixing
I then got a round cookie cutter, place meat mixture in cutter to fill it about 2inches thick. This made 10 patties, that I smoked for 3hrs @ 225 with hickory pellets. I then place in my food processor and added mayo until the right consistency was reached. I also added smoked peppers for color and more flavors.
I did use seasoning but not until this was ready for a bun. Enjoy
